Where are the HighKey straps manufactured?

All straps are proudly made right here in the USA. 

 

How long are HighKey camera straps?

The main part of HighKey straps are 24" in length, with about 15" adjustable leads on each end. (very similar to the dimensions of the stock strap that came with your camera... the one that is ready to retire) 

 

Will HighKey straps fit my camera?

The portion that attaches to your camera is 3/8 inch wide. This length is adjustable, but if you're unsure of the width of the slot, cut a small piece of paper measured to 3/8 inch wide and see if it fits through the slots. You can also measure the width of your current strap. Please email us with any questions, and we'll be glad to help you! 

 

These straps are amazing! Why doesn't everybody have one? 

We're not sure. 

 

Can HighKey straps get wet? 

Here's the deal, yes, the straps can get wet, but your expensive camera shouldn't be getting wet in the first place. Just remember, your camera body shouldn't be around moisture because there are sensitive electronics working inside. That said, since you're already keeping your camera dry, your camera strap will most likely be dry all the time too, right? 

 

How do I care for my camera strap? 

Your HighKey strap can be spot-cleaned with mild soap and warm water. Please do not place them in the dryer, and do not use detergents/bleach or iron any part of your strap. 

 

I can't decide which HighKey strap I want :(

That's alright! You're not alone. Like clothes, most people don't settle on just one pair, and the same goes for HighKey straps. You can order a different strap for each day of the week. If you're not that extreme, you can order just a few straps.

 

Will HighKey camera straps easily slip off my shoulder? 

No way! The underside of all straps are lined with a textured, non-slip material for stability and comfort. Cool fact: we're the only camera strap makers in the WORLD to use a material that is this slip-resistant! 

 

I just received my HighKey strap, but it didn't come in any packaging. Why? 

We're just doing our part to save the planet's resources. For every box or bag we'd use to package products, it just uses precious resources unnecessarily. We assume that you don't mind receiving your strap just the way it is.

 

Is it safe to run with scissors? 

No. 

 

Can you put my logo on the camera strap?

 You don't have photoshop?... no problem.  Use our online designer here.

 

Are the designs on my custom strap durable? 

Very! Rather than screen printing your design onto the strap, your design is actually embedded in the fibers (much like a tattoo). It won't rub off, chip, flake or fade. 
 
How long does it take to make a custom strap? 
Please give us up to 10 working days to ship out your awesome new personalized camera strap.
 
Can I track my package once it ships? 
Yes.  Once your camera strap ships, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation that includes a tracking number.  For shipments within the USA, it typically takes:
2-3 business days if you select priority shipping
3-5 business days if you select standard shipping
For international shipping, it typically takes 7-21 business days, but can depending on the local customs.  Unfortunately, we don't offer faster international services as they can cost upwards of $100US to ship.
  
Are custom straps returnable? 
No, sorry.  Custom straps can not be returned. 
 

Do you offer wholesale prices? 

Yes, we do! Please contact us for more information. 

 

When will my new camera strap arrive? 

All in-stock straps usually ship within 1,440 minutes of your order. (custom straps do take longer though! see above) 

 

Can I save on shipping with multiple items?

No need to! All orders are shipped at a flat rate. Whether you order 2 or 14, it's all the same price. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

 是! Ano! Da! Evet! Sim! Yes! All of our straps are free to roam the globe, so we'll pretty much send one to you wherever you are. 

 

Why is it so expensive to ship internationally? 

We used to offer $5 international shipping, but some of our customers were telling us that their packages never arrived. That's not cool, so we had to do away with the first-class shipping option. Sorry :( 

 

Can I send HighKey straps as a gift? 

Of course! You can choose to have us gift wrap your strap for just $4. We'll ship your gift right away so your friend doesn't have to suffer with their old camera strap any longer. 

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

101% Guaranteed Satisfaction! We are extremely interested in your complete satisfaction. We offer a 101% guarantee. So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply ship the strap back to HighKey Camera within 30 days of your purchase date with your receipt. Orders returned beyond the 30 day period cannot be accepted. Also, to return an item, you must first notify customer service or your return will not be accepted. We also cannot accept your return/exchange unless your HighKeys are sent back to us in the same condition which you received it. (We can't accept any exchanges or returns on straps showing any signs of use or wear... you understand, right?) 

 

What is the warranty on my new camera strap?

101% Guaranteed Satisfaction! All straps have a lifetime warranty. That's right. So long as you didn't take a pair of scissors to them or leave it our for the dog to chew, the strap remains under our guarantee. If there's a manufacturing error, or it seriously wears out (not gets dirty or beat up, because that's just added character), simply send it back to us and we'll send you a new one!
